My Brave Soldier!!!!

He's brave and loyal,
His honor runs deep,And our country's freedom,
He fights to keep.
He goes through the motions,
Each day, do or die,
Performing his duties,
Not questioning why.
So much love for his men,
Like brothers they've become,
One big family,
An Army of One.
Each day being all he can be,
Whether he be on land, or out in the sea.
Each night he drops to his knees and prays,
Lord help us to make it another day.
Angels fly close, guiding his feet,
Giving him strength with every retreat.
Out in the rain, in the cold of the night,
He treads on and fights for what he believes right.
Securing our freedom, keeping our country safe,
Only asking of one thing, and that's simpy faith.
Fears set aside, faith in the Lord,
His life in his hands, others livess on his sword.
My brave little soldier in his army greens,
I pray that he'll come back safely to me.
But until then our prayers will have to do,
He's out there fighting for me and you.
So loyal and true and brave to the core,
He's out there fighting to win this war.
Our fathers, our husbands, our brothers and sons,
Make up this much honored Army of One.
Old Glory's freedom depends on them all,
United they stand, divided they'll fall.
Pray for our troops, Have faith, and have love,
And God will do the rest from his home up above.

Hi Michelle!
That is a wonderful poem about your hubby! God bless him and all of our troops. On my blog today I posted about my nephew going into the Navy and one of Kelly's friends who is a Marine.
Take care sweetie and have a happy Friday.
