Before we moved we lived on an acre lot. The children would put one or two of those kiddie pools out in the yard, fill them up with water and have an absolute blast. My oldest son was probably 14 the last summer they did that (we finally got one of those bigger, family pools from Walmart). I used to stand at the window and just laugh at them and the crazy games they'd make up. Children with a good imagination can have fun with just about anything. They don't need all the bells and whistles of this old world! Loved this post, Michelle ~ it brought back sweet memories! :o)
